Please note: This event has a noise-limit of 105dB. All original exhaust is allowed. If you have after marked exhaust dB-killer is mandatory!
About BikePort:
BIkePort started with Trackdays for motorbikes in 2006 at Northern Europe’s most spectacular track, Arctic Circle Raceway (ACR).
During those 15 years, we have steadily grown to supply the demand for high quality track time and have offered almost 100 events. We have become the largest private promotor of roadracing tracktime in Norway providing events at all of the Norwegian circuits and many of the Swedish tracks.
Providing tracktime at Spanish circuits is a natural progression for us, and we are very pleased to announce that we are now offering a combination of our own events, and events partnered with Bike Promotion, always aiming to offer the best events you can attend with your motorbike!

We will load your bike at the location you choose in registration. Choose between Västerås (SE), Brøndby (DK) and Kolding (DK).
Address will be sent to you in good time before.

Personal insurance on track?
To attend trackdays with BikePort in Italy you need a personal insurance that is valid for injuries sustained if you crash on track. Please fil out valid Insurance company and Insurance# when register.
You will have to provide proof of insurance at track to be able to ride.
Pitbox parking:
Pitbox parking is included in the price.

Travel/Hotel:
The price does not include travel or Hotel.
However, we have reserved rooms at a Hotel Dei Vicari just a few km from the track. If you want to stay at this hotel, you can reserve room upon booking the event below. The hotel offers both single, double and triple-room. We will then make the reservation for you. You pay for the hotel when checking out.

For flight, the nearest airport is in Bologna, Pisa or Firenze.

- Hotel Dei Vicari:
- Single Room € 105 per nigth
- Double Room € 140 per nigth
- Tripple Room € 175 per nigth
- Tourist Tax not included. You pay for the hotel yourself when checking out.
Payment and Refund:
Total price: € 1750,-
Registration fee of minimum € 150 must be paid when you book.
Addition payment (€1600,-) must be paid no later than July 8th, 2024.
If you book the event after July 8th, 2024, full payment must be done when you book.

Cancellation and Refound:
Paid registration will not be refunded if you cancel your booking.
If cancelled before July 8th – we refund 50% of total price
If cancelled before July 22nd – We refund 25% of total price
Cancellation after July 29th cannot be refunded.
Registration:
Choose your desired ticket below and finalize the registration after filling out your personal data. If you have your own transponder, we strongly recommend the use of this.
The registration will close automatically when the event is fully booked.
